Cancellation Policy

1. Same-Day Bookings: All same-day bookings must be made **via phone call** to ensure immediate availability and confirmation. Online or email bookings will not be accepted for same-day sessions. 2. Late-Night Sessions: Sessions scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM will be subject to a 15% price increase to account for late hours. 3. Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to rebook with no fee. - If a session is cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, the room booking fee will be charged. 4. Payment Methods: - We accept credit/debit cards & bank transfers - Bank transfers must be paid in full before the session is confirmed and booked. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received and verified. - Full payment is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise arranged. 5. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. 6. Client Conduct - We expect all clients to maintain professional behaviour during sessions. Disruptive behaviour or violations of studio policies may result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. - No smoking or vaping is allowed in the studio or during sessions. If you are found smoking or vaping in the studio, your session will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be issued. 7. Changes in Scope - Any changes to the original session scope (e.g., adding additional services or time) will be confirmed with updated pricing and subject to availability. 8. Confidentiality - We respect your privacy and any work or content recorded during your session will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.
